The service
PipelineMap is provided by Seeded Health Ltd. By using the website, the free Opportunity Scanner or a PipelineMap account, you agree to these terms. If you use PipelineMap on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept them for that company.
Acceptable use
Only scan websites you own or have a legitimate interest in analysing, and only connect Search Console properties you're authorised to access. Don't attempt to overload, probe or circumvent the service's limits or security, or use it to build a competing dataset.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide PipelineMap to you. See the privacy notice for details.
Estimates and recommendations
PipelineMap's opportunity scores, click estimates and recommendations are analytical aids based on the data available to it. They are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and search engines may change their behaviour at any time. You're responsible for decisions you make using them.
Payments
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. The Founding Pilot is a one-off payment and does not renew automatically.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PipelineMap available and accurate but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
